1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ANUKUL (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Sanctuary”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, herbal apothecary dispensary, sacred remedial artifacts, and personalized Ayurvedic and Astro-Vastu Muhurta clinical consultations conducted under the guidance of Dr. Nishigandha Chaudhari and our master panel.
By accessing this website, registering an account, purchasing botanical formulations, or scheduling a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our associated policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Nature of Sanctuary Services & Formulations
ANUKUL provides classical Ayurvedic formulations, consecrated tailas (herbal oils), rasayanas, authentic copper and brass Vastu remedial artifacts, and individual diagnostic consultations including pulse analysis and residential/commercial spatial layout alignments.
All botanical preparations are formulated according to classical Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia standards and processed under auspicious planetary and lunar muhurtas to preserve energetic and therapeutic potency.
3. User Account & Security
When you create an account on ANUKUL Sanctuary, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. Any actions performed through your account are deemed authorized by you. Please notify our Sanctuary Concierge immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Consultations & Appointment Bookings
- Muhurta Time Allocation: Consultation appointments are scheduled according to precise biological diurnal and lunar time slots (Muhurta). Clients are requested to join the private video link 5 minutes prior to the scheduled hour.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their consultation up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time without fee via the sanctuary dashboard or by contacting support.
- Late Arrivals: If a client joins late, the consultation will conclude at the pre-allocated end time to honor subsequent client appointments.
5. Orders, Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed in our dispensary and consultation booking portal are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR • ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India. We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the price quoted at checkout.
6. Intellectual Property & Digital Blueprints
All content published on this website—including botanical descriptions, sacred geometry diagrams, educational treatises, personalized Vastu layout blueprints, and consultation dossiers—is the exclusive intellectual property of ANUKUL and Dr. Nishigandha Chaudhari. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation, or public dissemination of our blueprints and diagnostic material is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ANUKUL, its vaidyas, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products, dietary recommendations, or architectural suggestions.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or purchases made through our sanctuary shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated revision date.
