1. Herbal & Consumable Formulations Policy
At ANUKUL, we uphold the highest pharmaceutical and spiritual standards in classical Ayurveda. Due to strict hygiene, bio-safety, and Ayush regulatory mandates, opened, unsealed, or consumed herbal churnas, tailas, and ingestible rasayanas cannot be returned once delivered. This policy ensures every seeker receives purely untouched, authentic, and consecrated formulations.
2. Eligible Return Circumstances (48-Hour Guarantee)
We gladly accept returns and provide immediate 100% complimentary replacements or full refunds under the following circumstances:
- Transit Damage or Breakage: Items received with broken glass bottles, damaged outer seals, or physical leakage.
- Incorrect Item Dispatched: A formulation or remedial artifact received that does not match your invoice.
- Defective Remedial Artifacts: Any physical manufacturing flaw in brass Yantras, Kansa bowls, or spatial copper energy anchors.
Reporting Window: Seekers must report any of the above issues within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photographs of the product, outer box, and invoice to our Grievance Desk at sanctuary@anukul-harmony.com or via WhatsApp at +91 76240 12501.
3. Consultation & Session Cancellations
We respect your time and the sacred Muhurta allocated for your Vedic health and spatial diagnosis:
- Full 100% Refund: If you cancel your scheduled consultation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment slot, you are entitled to a full 100% refund without any cancellation fee.
- Complimentary Rescheduling: You may reschedule your Muhurta session up to 24 hours prior to your slot at zero extra cost.
- Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Consultations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the slot may be subject to a nominal 20% practitioner retention fee to compensate reserved doctor time, or may be converted into a sanctuary credit for future appointment booking.
4. Refund Settlement Mechanism & Timelines
Once a return or cancellation is verified and approved by our Sanctuary Secretariat:
- Refunds will be credited directly back to the original payment method (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking) used during checkout.
- Standard banking processing time is 5 to 7 business working days from the date of approval.
- A confirmation notification containing the banking ARN/reference code will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following categories are strictly non-returnable once dispatched or delivered:
- Personalized digital architectural dossiers and custom Vastu floor plan vector blueprints (once downloaded or delivered via email).
- Herbal formulations where the protective foil or tamper seal has been unsealed.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
