Because our botanical oils and herbs undergo traditional classical maceration and consecrated lunar blessings, orders are prepared with utmost sanctity:
- Order Processing Time: Orders are consecrated, quality-verified, and packed within 24 to 48 business hours of successful payment confirmation.
- Dispatches on Auspicious Muhurtas: Formulations are handed over to transit couriers Monday through Saturday, excluding gazetted national holidays.

4. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold
Standard delivery charges are calculated transparently at checkout based on consignment weight and volumetric parameters:
- Complimentary Delivery: Orders with a net subtotal of ₹ 1,499 and above qualify for 100% Free Pan-India Delivery.
- Standard Orders Below ₹ 1,499: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹ 99 is applied across all Indian states.
5. Sacred Tamper-Evident Packaging
All herbal preparations, therapeutic churnas, and glass taila bottles are cushioned inside eco-conscious, shock-absorbent corrugated packaging sealed with our signature tamper-evident security tape. If you receive a package where the outer seal is broken or visibly damaged, please follow the guidelines below.
6. Transit Damage & Discrepancies
In the rare event of transit damage, leakage, or broken glass bottles, please photograph or record a short video of the package and notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 76240 12501 or email sanctuary@anukul-harmony.com. We will dispatch a complimentary express replacement immediately.

Upon dispatch from our sanctuary dispensary, an automated confirmation containing your Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number and direct live tracking link will be transmitted to your registered mobile number (via WhatsApp & SMS) and email address. You can also monitor your dispatch progress directly inside your Sanctuary Account Dashboard.
